First things first…
Happy New Year!!!!
I hope you were all able to bring in the new year with a lovely evening and people you love! Patrick and I had the joy of celebrating it with our roommates/floor-mates. We saw beautiful fireworks, let off lit up balloons and were in bed early enough to enjoy a wonderfully home-cooked brunch the next morning!
One of Patrick’s New Year’s Resolutions is to do time-lapse photography with his camera. He had purchased a handy dandy device (intervalometer) before we embarked on this trip and hadn’t begun using it until now… Check out our New Years Eve Pre-Party Time-Lapse!
Wait…there’s more!!! Before we go, we wanted to give you a glimpse at the making of a blog post (this one is for the previous post, the Medellin review) – as you can see it’s a bit of a grueling process! Time-lapse photography at it again! Enjoy!
P.S. We officially leave Medellin tomorrow for the town of Jardin, a small pueblo about 3 hours south of here in the Colombian countryside. We’re sad to leave Medellin behind, but also very excited to experience the thrill of the road again!
